This shackle keeps the leaf spring in its correct operating position. Inverted springs put undue stress on the suspension system and can cause failure of major components.
Engineered to be stronger than the original equipment & greaseable for ease of service. The EFS Pins & shackles are made from medium & high grade carbon steels then case hardened & gold cadmium plated or black oxided for increased strength & corrosion protection EFS offers standard replacements and a small range of anti-inversion std and extended shackles.
