This shackle keeps the leaf spring in its correct operating position. Inverted springs put undue stress on the suspension system and can cause failure of major components.

The EFS Pins & shackles are made from medium & high grade carbon steels then case hardened & gold cadmium plated or black oxided for increased strength & corrosion protection EFS offers standard replacements and a small range of anti-inversion std and extended shackles.
