The hardtop for the Ford Ranger is made of 3 mm thick aluminum and has a self-supporting structure. Its upper edge and sturdy corner columns provide a strong base for mounting roof racks or tents on the hardtop, which is often impossible with composite structures due to their weak strength. To facilitate the installation of racks or rooftop tents on the hardtop, we have installed rails with mounting holes, allowing for the adjustment of screw elements up and down.
The More 4x4 hardtop is equipped with three hinge struts, each operated by lifting mechanisms, and has key locks.
Additionally, the structure is equipped with numerous hinge seals that provide protection against splashing, and the junction between the hardtop and the vehicle bed is sealed with 2 mm micro rubber.
The More 4x4 hardtop can be attached to the sides of the Toyota Hilux Revo pickup using the clamps provided with the product, and there is no need to drill holes in the vehicle body.
The product is painted in two layers using powder coating technology.
